1. Meet & Record
Walk or run for 1 -3 minutes on the treadmill (no min or max speed required)
You get expert video using our specific software to show you what we can see.
We will record you from multiple angles
This captures your stride, foot strike, posture, cadence, and more.
Don’t worry—you won’t be on it long and there’s no need to run fast (unless you want to!).
2. Feedback
Feedback on your style, possible injury diagnostics / potential injury risks
We’ll sit down with you and go through the footage, pointing out:
What’s working well
What could be causing problems
Where you’re losing efficiency, wasting energy, or putting yourself at risk
You’ll understand it all, even if you’ve never looked at running form before.
3. Corrections
A full written report that will include all we have spoken about.
A clear explanation of findings
A plan of exercises or changes you can start immediately
6 week Programme Re-corrections/exercises
