Your session with me is always about you—how you’re feeling, how you’re moving, and how you want to feel afterwards. I’ll meet you where you’re at, whether that means working through stubborn tension, calming a busy nervous system, or supporting your recovery with practical tips that actually make a difference.

Outside of the clinic, I love pushing my own limits—on big adventure walks, mountain biking trails, cheerleading stunts, or the odd long-distance run.

I know how important it is to keep your body feeling strong, capable, and ready for whatever life throws at you.
