which means I take a thorough hands-on approach to every session.
I enjoy working closely with people to

and feels in everyday life.
My sessions are very manual-therapy led, combining detailed assessment with targeted massage techniques to address the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms.
Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, work-related aches, or ongoing muscular tension, my aim is to leave you feeling looser, moving better, and more confident in your body.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me studying and brushing up on my skills.
I genuinely love what I do and believe there are so many benefits to hands-on therapy, particularly when it comes to long-term movement, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
